Who you will be talking to
André Melo started on the side of the people who use the software: supporting and testing management systems that companies relied on to sell, invoice and keep their stock under control. That is where he learned how a business really runs, and where a system tends to get in the way.
He then spent years looking after software quality on international projects for large companies, working with teams around the world, and from there moved into development. Along the way he earned international certifications in software quality and in application development.
Today he brings that experience to small and mid-sized businesses through Build With Melo: websites, custom systems, automations and AI agents already running day to day at businesses in Australia and Brazil. The person you talk to is the person who builds, from the first conversation to support. And he keeps studying: he is doing an MBA in AI Engineering and Multi-Agent Systems at FIAP.
